William "Bill" G. Barker, age 78, of Appleton passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Thedcare Regional Medical Center of Appleton.  He was born on July 28, 1944 to the late Gordon and Audrey (Wardwell) Barker in Appleton.  Bill loved watching television, listening to rock and roll, and telling jokes. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty; his daughters: Julie (Robert) Johnson, Deb (Kevin) Laird, and Susie (J.C.) Bruns; grandchildren: Caitlin Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Alyssa (fiancé Brenton Kasuboski) Laird, Brett (Marissa) Laird, Ellie Bruns, Addie Bruns, and Cassie Bruns; sisters Donna Flanagan and Sharon (Bill) Newman; and many other relatives and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents; sister LaVonne (Jim) Webb; brother-in-law Jim Flanagan; and parents-in-law Earl and Bernice Kirkpatrick.

Per Bill's wishes, no funeral services will be held.
