Vincent "Butch" Roman Dyksinski Jr, age 54, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, April 2, 2023.  Vince was born in Milwaukee on November 26, 1968, to the late Vincent and Bonnie (Schwartz) Dyksinski Sr.  Vince graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac and then attended U. W. Oshkosh where he obtained his degree in business and finance in 1991.  On August 4, 2018, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Sara O'leary.  The ceremony took place in Appleton and was officiated by his best buddy and "business" partner Mark "Dixie" Dix.  Vince worked at Friar Tucks for 13 years, then Badger Liquor for 13 years - then he realized one of his life's dreams when he and Dixie  bought Stone Toad Bar and Grill in Menasha in 2017 and turned it in to a fixture in the Menasha community, a place where friends and families gather and where dozens of community organizations have held events over the years.  Vince was also an owner at Whispering Springs Golf Course in Fond du Lac, where he once hit a hole in one on hole #3.  He was known for his over-the-moon generosity to his friends, co-workers, employees, and family, and for always having a smile on his face.  Vince enjoyed golfing and hanging with his canine friend Butchie – but most of all, he loved spoiling Sara and the girls.

Vince will be greatly missed by his wife, Sara; 4 daughters:  Josephine, Magdalene, Angela, and Kaytlyn; and his dog Butchie.  He is further survived by many cousins, extended family, and numerous friends.

Vince was preceded in death by his parents - Vincent Sr. and Bonnie, and his sister - Valerie Dyksinski.

A celebration of Vince's life will take place on Thursday, April 13 ^th , 2023, at Stone Toad Bar & Grill, 1109 Oneida St. Menasha, starting at 11 am.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
