Vernon A. Kraft, 79, of Appleton, passed away on November 12, 2025, following a long illness. Vern was born in South Bend, IN on April 9, 1946, to the late Harry and Elsie (Semrau) Kraft. He married Susan Gash on November 29, 1969.   Vern and Sue are members of First English Lutheran Church in Appleton.

Vern is survived by his wife, Sue; and their children: Gary (Jen) Kraft of Wauwatosa, WI and their children, Ben, Rachel, and Aaron; Brian (Annemarie) Kraft of Eden Prairie, MN and their children, Lauren, Gabby, and Evelyn; and Cheryl (Noel) Neuwirth of Anacortes, WA and their children, Grant and Maren. He is further survived by his sister, Judy Behling, and sister-in-law, Janice Kraft.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis; and brother-in-law, Ray Behling Jr.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers of St. Paul Elder Care and Hospice for their wonderful care of Vern and their support of the family.
