Tammy Lynn Luebke, age 47, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospital following complications from a surgery. She was born on Oct. 2, 1978, in Appleton, the youngest of two children to Daniel and Gloria (Schneider) Luebke. Tammy graduated from Appleton West HS in 1997.

Tammy was a loving person who was always ready to help her family and friends. She was well known for her creative craft skills as well as crocheting. She was employed by Advantage XPO making diapers for premature babies.

Tammy will be greatly missed by her daughter, Melody and Tim Jahnke, her son Josh Hill; parents Dan and Gloria Luebke; brother Edwin (Amy) Luebke; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Rusch.

A Memorial Service for Tammy will take place at 11 AM, Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, at First English Lutheran Church (downtown) with Rev Jeff Tengesdal officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 AM on Monday directly at church. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
