Ruth A. Mosher

80, Neenah, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024, at Care Partners of Neenah. She was born July 18, 1943, in Appleton to the late William and Winifred (Peebles) Reffke. Ruth married Roland Mosher on August 15, 1986, and he preceded her in death in 2013. She enjoyed crocheting and doing puzzles in her free time. Ruth and Rollie enjoyed casino trips and were members of Zion Lutheran Church.

Ruth will be greatly missed by her children: Justin (Terri) Rutter, Oshkosh, Stacy Kasper, Berlin, Brenda (Tron) Henning, Crandon and Travis (Anita) Rutter, Black Creek; step-children: Brian (Becky) Mosher, GA, Barbara (James) Becker, Appleton, Shelly Bentle, Kaukauna and Daren Mosher, Stevens Point, 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, a sister Carolyn Braun, Kaukauna, brothers: William  Reffke, Appleton, Robert (Judy) Reffke, Kimberly and Keith (Jan) Reffke, Appleton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, a brother, Lee James Reffke, brother-in-law, Walter Braun, sister-in-law Jane Reffke and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Ruth will be held at 11 AM, on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Zion Lutheran Church (912 N. Oneida St.) Appleton with Rev. Michael Dismer officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 AM directly at church on Thursday. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established. The family would like to thank the staff of Care Partners of Fox Crossing and St. Croix Hospice for their wonderful care of Ruth.
