Ruby Helen Blahnik Kottke, born May 6, 1934, in Casco, Wisconsin, the daughter of 9 to Leander and Agnes Blahnik, passed away on May 13, 2024, in Appleton, Wisconsin.  She was 90 years old when she went to be with her husband of 60 years.  Words cannot express how much she was loved by everyone who knew her, especially her children and grandchildren.

After marrying her husband Ralph, she lived in many different places and finally settled down in Billings, Montana for 40 years, until the passing of her husband in January of 2023.  She then moved back to Wisconsin to live with her daughter.  Ruby enjoyed playing cards, sewing, embroidery and reading books and doing word search puzzles.

Over the course of her life, Ruby had many different job titles over the years, but her favorites were mom and grandma.  Ruby was blessed with 10 children, 5 of them still living in Wisconsin and 5 that made their home in Montana.

Ruby is survived by her 10 children and her favorite child Foxy (the dog).  Caren Wilmont, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, Kris (Dick) White, Oneida, Wisconsin, Keith (Ann) Kottke, Green Bay, Wisconsin, Kirt (Suzy) Kottke, Billings, Montana, Karrie (Jim) Brehmer, Appleton, Wisconsin, Ralph (Tammy) Kottke Jr, Columbus, Montana, Daniel (Michelle) Kottke, Billings, Montana, Darrel Kottke, Montana, Linda (Arnie) McIntosh, Appleton, Wisconsin, and Dean (Jennifer) Kottke, Bear Creek, Montana.  Ruby had 22 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband and her parents and all her brothers and sisters.
