Ronny L DeBont, age 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Care Partners of Neenah, where he had resided the past few years.

Ronny was born on January 22, 1961, in Eindhoven, Netherlands to Josephus DeBont and Johanna (Donkers) DeBont. Earlier in his career he worked as a painter and wallpaper hanger, like his father. He later worked for Kolosso Toyota, Cousineau Auto and Zentner's Auto. He enjoyed kayaking, bike riding, fishing and his time with his nephews.

Ronny is survived by his mother Johanna DeBont, his brother, Mike (Maria) DeBont, Greenville, his nephews: Joe (Holly) DeBont and Zack (Alisha) DeBont and two grandnephews: John and Jed DeBont. He is further survived by his family in the Netherlands: his aunts: Coby Gruythuysen, Margriet DeBont and Rita (Peter) de Jong; his uncles: Wil DeBont and Pieter (Wilma) DeBont, and many cousins. His special friend, Shirley at Care Partners. They both enjoyed each other’s company.

Ronny is preceded in death by his father, Josephus DeBont, his uncles: Nol Gruythuysen and Henk DeBont and his aunts: Miem (Rien) Van de Plas and Ria DeBont.

Ronny's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Care Partners for the compassionate care and kindness they provided to Ronny in these past few years. Also, Moments Hospice for their compassionate care, comfort, and kindness they provided for his final days.

Per Ronny wishes, there will be no funeral service. Just a private gathering with family in his honor.
