Robert P. Skell
76, Appleton, passed away on Aug. 4, 2026, at a nursing home in Madison. He was born on Oct. 2, 1949, to the late Paul and Mary (Brooks) Skell in Kimberly, WI. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam War. He married Sandra L. Willems and she survives him.
Robert will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton.
