Millicent "Millie" Emily Neff (nee Barnes), age 88, of Appleton, passed away peacefully

on Monday, May 26, 2025, at Silverstone Memory Care in Grand Chute. Millie was born

in Surbiton, England, on June 6, 1936, to the late Leonard and Nora (Smith) Barnes.

Millie was an artist who enjoyed painting and working in her garden. She loved to travel,

going for coffee and to art events with friends – but most of all, Millie enjoyed spending

time with family.

She is survived by her children: Debbie (Les) Frahm, Greenville, and Robert Neff,

England; grandchildren: Sarah Halat, Appleton, Jason Frahm, Green Bay, Dalton Neff,

Washington, and Zoe Walker-Neff, Arizona; great grandchildren: Jack and Allison

Halat; sister, Sheila Blockwell, England; and her former companion, Aubrey Hawkins,

England. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Millie was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Leonard and David Barnes,

former spouse, David Neff, and son, Steven Neff.

Per Millie's wishes, no services will be held.
