Michelle Lynn Rost, age 56, of Fox Crossings, passed away on October 21, 2025.  Michelle was a radiant soul whose deep love for nature shone through in her passion for fishing, gardening, and immersing herself in the outdoors.  Her green thumb transformed her garden into a vibrant sanctuary of flowers and plants, where she found peace and joy in nature's beauty.  An artist at heart, Michelle, channeled her creativity into drawing and crafting unique pieces that captured her distinctive perspective.  She also took delight in building small projects, each reflecting her ingenuity and hands-on spirit.

Her beloved dog, Louie, and cat, Timmy, were her cherished companions, bringing endless love and laughter to her days.

Michelle held her family close to her heart, including her mother, Agnes Weiting; her sister, Jennifer Rost (Michael Johnson); her uncles, Richard Rost (her godfather) and Steve Weiting (Mimi Weiting); her aunts Inez Somers and Yvonne Weiting; and her stepmother, Judy Rost.  She was preceded in death by her father, Donald J. Rost.

Michelle's warmth, creativity, and adventurous spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.  A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025 at BRETTSCHNEIDER TRETTIN NICKEL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 606 N Oneida Street, Appleton.  Friends may visit from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a local animal shelter in her memory.
