Michael Joseph Wellnitz, age 41, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly in Milwaukee on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Michael was born in Portland, OR on March 21, 1979, to Gregory J. Wellnitz and Diana Rosera. He is survived by his daughter, Samantha (special friend Patrick Trindal) Wellnitz, Appleton; his father, Gregory (Joanne) Wellnitz, Warren, OR; his mother, Diana Cooper, Appleton; his brother, Brian (Haily) Wellnitz, Buckeye, AZ; and a niece, Quinn Wellnitz. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A private memorial service will be held.
