Lisa was born on September 18, 1967, in Texas to the late Robert and Donna (Strobl) Johnson. Growing up as an Army child she lived in various places both domestic and abroad. On March 24th, 1984 she met her high-school sweetheart and love of her life Dean Domingos. They were married September 11, 1987, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Kimberly, WI. In Dean's own words "being with her made me into the man I am today."

She was a true caregiver at heart, starting to care give in her teens and throughout her career as a CNA in Senior Living facilities. Her true passion in life was her family to which she brought immeasurable love and joy to. First with her own children, than later in life with her grandchildren whom affectionately called her "Mema".

Camping with family, gardening and  helping her kids make their houses a home, were some of the things she most enjoyed doing.
