Linda Ellen
Sielaff
Dec 28, 1945 — Dec 23, 2022
Appleton
Linda E. Sielaff
76, Appleton, entered into eternal life on Friday, December 23, 2022, with the confidence of the forgiveness of sins through the death and resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Her body now awaits the great resurrection when Jesus will return and reunite her soul and body to live forever with all God's children. She was born on December 28, 1945, in Kenosha, WI to the late Walter and Lillian (Fortmann) Schultz. Her baptism was at Calvary Lutheran Chapel in Madison, WI on December 22, 1946, where her parents were also married. Growing up in Madison and graduating from Wisconsin High School of the University in 1963, she entered UW School of Pharmacy, but met and married Carlton at Calvary on November 4, 1967. She was first and foremost a homemaker who also worked for several banking institutions. She enjoyed being a volunteer counselor at a pro-life pregnancy facility. A veteran of many family moves, she was always a faithful church member, making sure her sons knew Jesus. Her greatest joys in life were her Lord and Savior, being a stay-at-home mother, reading and humorous cd's.
Linda will be sadly missed by her husband of 55 years; five sons: Andrew (Ann) of Phoenix, AZ, Mark (Valerie, fiancé) of Fort Wayne, IN, Timothy (Trica) of North Fond du Lac, Peter (Allison) of South Whitley, IN and Stephen (Kaitlyn) of Seymour, WI; nine grandchildren: Jonah, Gabriel, Grace, Hope, Charlotte, Clara, Everleigh, Rudy and Amelia; 3 brothers: Bryan, Dale and Glenn and a sister Janet Boggio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Perry and a stillborn son, Michael Joel.
A Memorial Service for Linda will be held at 1 PM, on Jan 1, 2023, at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church (N3505 State Rd 47) with Rev. Matthew Schoell officiating. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Hillpoint, WI.
