Judith Eva
Moldenhauer
Mar 24, 1945 — Feb 9, 2025
Appleton
Judy passed away at the age of 79, on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at Crossroads Care Center in Weyauwega. She was born in Hustisford, WI to the late George and Sophia (Eckert) Albert on March 24, 1945. Judy married the love of her life, Fred, on April 4, 1964. She grew up on a farm with 3 brothers, where she learned how to work hard. While raising their family in Slinger, WI, she worked at Tecumseh Products in Grafton, WI. She became a valued employee assembling small engines, where she worked until retirement.
Judy's strong Christian faith was an example to her family. She loved lending a helping hand to family and friends. Judy loved cooking and baking and was always up for a challenge. One such challenge was working with her granddaughter, Kyra, learning to make hamantaschen, a unique triangular pastry, or her effort at making life-like chocolate turtles every year
Grandma was a jokester, a baker and a lady that likes things neat and tidy. She loved supporting her grandkids in everything she could. Her laugh was contagious and energy unstoppable. Give gramps a hug from all of us. You were one in a million Granny and will be very missed; may You rest in peace!
She will be greatly missed by her daughter Marilyn (Don) Stingle; her son Marvin (Patti) Moldenhauer; grandchildren: Leah (Dustin) Gubin, Kyra (Cliff) Phillips, Max Stingle, Elena Stingle, Luke Moldenhauer and Jake Moldenhauer; great grandchildren: Asher and Ada Gubin and Warren Phillips; step grandchildren: Amanda (Brad) Wilson and Andy (Kelly) Stauber; step great grandchild Eliza Jane Wilson; sisters-in-law: Margaret Albert, Patricia Albert and Donna Moldenhauer and other relatives and friends.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred; brothers: Gilbert, Edward and George Albert and a brother-in-law David Moldenhauer.
A funeral service for Judy will be held at Noon, 12 PM, on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025, at Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel with Rev. Leon Ehlert officiating. Friends may visit the family from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton.
The family would like to thank the staff at Care Partners Memory Care for their loving care, Crossroads Care Center, St. Croix Hospice, and the ministry staff of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Green Bay for their spiritual support.
