Joseph G.
Harvey
d. Nov 26, 2023
Neenah
Joseph G. Harvey, 71, of Neenah, Wisconsin went home to be with Jesus on November 26, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Susan, 3 wonderful children, Taegan Grunwald, Jarrod Harvey, Marissa Trook and their families. He is further survived by his brother William Harvey and his family.
Joe worked most of his life in the foundry industry. After 29 years, he retired from the Neenah Foundry in 2012 and did consulting work for the Dauber Company until present. Professionally, he was most known for his integrity, attention to detail, honesty, and kindness. Personally, he was totally devoted to his family. Some of his greatest joys were being with his children and attending the grandchildren's school and sporting events. He also enjoyed bass fishing, working in the yard and meeting friends for breakfast.
Joe prayed to receive Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1979. He was a member of Calvary Bible Church and a volunteer with the Fox Valley Young Life ministry for over 25 years.
We would like to express our gratitude to all of our extended family and friends who have faithfully prayed us through this journey. Your love and support has been keenly felt. Also, we would like to thank Dr. Poola and all of the Thedacare oncology staff for their great efforts to provide the best possible care with compassion.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial gift to Young Life, Fox Valley - WI22, where Joe and Sue have seen many teenager's lives greatly impacted and changed for eternity. Address: Fox Valley Young Life, 991 Ehlers Rd. Neenah, WI 54956.
We invite you to celebrate Joe's life with us on December 16, 2023 at Calvary Bible Church, 1450 Oakridge Rd, Neenah, WI. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:45am, with a service that will begin at 11:00am followed by a luncheon. The family welcomes colorful attire to be worn.
We find great comfort in knowing that we will see Joe again in heaven.
