David J. Kolosso, age 80, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022. He was born on October 6, 1942, in Appleton, to the late Sylvester and Marie (Schuster) Kolosso. On June 15, 1968, David married Cheryl LeFever in Appleton.

David was a 1960 graduate of Appleton West High School. He received both Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from UW Madison. He was a CPA. He also was a US Army veteran.

David was a former member of the Grand Chute Lions and a volunteer at St. Joseph Food Program. He enjoyed traveling, hiking, handball, golf, genealogy, and spending time with his grandchildren.

David is survived by his wife of 54 years, Cheryl; two sons Michael (Stephanie) of Appleton, WI and Scott (Michelle) of Scottsdale, AZ; four grandchildren: Daniel and Rita of Appleton and Getty and Floyd of Scottsdale, AZ; sisters Helen (Keith) VanHulle of Clemmons, NC and Alice (Peter) Waldron of Madison, WI; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Steve and Donna Bartelt of Almond, WI; and many other relatives and friends.



Respecting David's wishes, there will be no formal service.
