Appleton – Carol Ann Hartfiel, age 76, passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2022. Carol was born in Appleton, Wisconsin to Ervin John and Erma Mary (Schroth) Turkow on January 17, 1946. She married Edward Hartfiel on June 19, 1965.

She enjoyed playing cards and going to bingo with her friends.

Carol is survived by her children: Brenda (Fred) Gall, Brian (Peggy) Hartfiel, and Barbara (Joey) McCoy; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister Donna Reinke, her niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., September 28, 2022, at Brettschneider Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
